The Fengyao HN5510P automatic pulse industrial vacuum cleaner is designed for heavy-duty dust collection in harsh factory environments. Powered by a 5.5kW three-phase high-pressure turbine blower with pure copper motor, this 380V vacuum generates strong 33KPa suction and can run nonstop for 24 hours alongside your production line.
It comes with a built-in cyclone separator. Heavy particles like metal scraps and abrasive grit are separated in advance before reaching filter cartridges, greatly reducing filter abrasion and extending service life. The automatic pulse back-blow cleaning system removes dust from filter surfaces automatically. Operators can freely set pulse cleaning cycles to maintain stable suction, even when handling large volumes of ultra-fine dust. A pressure relief device is fitted as standard, which releases pressure automatically under extreme high negative pressure to protect the whole machine.
The 76L stainless steel collection tank holds large quantities of debris. The polyester membrane-coated filter cartridges feature good acid and alkali resistance, low airflow resistance, and can be washed and reused repeatedly. Mounted on sturdy heavy-duty casters, the vacuum can be moved easily between different workstations.
