What to Review During a Visit
A useful factory visit follows the proposed order: inspect assembly areas, machine finishing, filter installation, tank access and operating controls. Ask the manufacturer to demonstrate the exact model and accessories being quoted rather than relying on a general workshop photograph.
Quality and Configuration Checks
Check the machine nameplate against the confirmed model, voltage, frequency and motor rating. Review the selected filtration arrangement, filter-cleaning method, seals, hose connections and collection-tank release. Confirm which tests and documents are included in the order.
Before Shipment
Agree on inspection photographs or video, packing dimensions, accessory quantities and shipping marks. Where an on-site visit is arranged, confirm the date, contact person and demonstration requirements in advance. Current production capacity and delivery time are confirmed with the manufacturing partner for each order.
