Customer Inspection Before Shipment
A pre-shipment inspection helps the customer compare the supplied equipment with the agreed order. Fengyao coordinates inspection communication, demonstration requests and shipment details with the manufacturing partner. The photographs illustrate equipment and inspection activity; they do not establish that every product has the same configuration.
Model, Nameplate and Accessories
Confirm the model, supply voltage, frequency, motor rating and the machine's identification plate. Compare the hose, tools, filters, tank and any optional accessories with the quotation and packing list. Record differences before the shipment is approved.
Operation and Maintenance Access
Where agreed, request a demonstration of the operating controls, filter-cleaning procedure and tank removal. Check access for routine maintenance and confirm the manufacturer's instructions. A demonstration should use a suitable material and the configuration supplied for the order.
Customized Equipment Review
For customized equipment, confirm the agreed materials, collection requirements and accessory layout with the manufacturer. Corrosion resistance or suitability for a particular liquid must be supported by the selected materials and the manufacturer's written assessment; it is not assumed from a product photograph.
Packing and Delivery Confirmation
Review the packing condition, accessory count, shipping marks and available inspection records. Confirm the destination, delivery arrangements and required export documents. You can request a visit, photographs or a video review matched to your proposed order.
